Where is our humanity?

Limbo

In a fog filled with shadows, shells of people

once born filled with light

milling down a corridor, empty eyes open wide

walking on to no where toward a glow ahead but

never quite reaching it

because their souls were dead

a brief belief in solitude

a brief belief in life

striving for that Golden Dream not knowing what was right

religion to them was just a book to read or have on a shelf

words were spoken of trust and of belief or of taking Him into their hearts

but their hearts remained untouched by light

their souls were in the dark

Truth spoken words rolled off their lips

but never quite soaked in

into the souls of mankind

the humans made of sin.

Hello world!

If you’ve found this page, either you really really love me or you’ve taken a right when you should have taken a left. This is my practice blog — because I don’t blog.  Everyone and their 3rd cousin twice removed has a blog and so I figured that I should get in there and do it to.  I usually don’t go jumping off bridges just because everyone else does, but I’m making an exception here because blogs are supposed to build bridges.  My blog is me yammering at the world. I can do it on Facebook. I can send out blanket e-mails to all my contacts — but no, I blog instead. Why?  Why, with all the different areas we can spend our cyber lives in, do people feel the need to blog?
